On behalf of Donny Nelson , Founder of the Salted Lands Council, we wish you a robust exchange of ideas in your  first debate on North Dakota's future. This document addresses the most important issue facing agriculture in North Dakota: what are can be done to restore or limit the damage done to farmland by the produced water? This topic deserves a separate debate all by itself . Salted Lands Council invite you to address reunitization of drilling in spacing units and the damage done to  surface owners' property by failure to capture and put to bed produced water.
